Annette Hulder was born in Altus, Oklahoma and grew up in Clovis, New Mexico. She has been a Special Education Teacher and a Regular Education Teacher. She was also a Reading Recovery teacher. All of her experience has been in lower grades including Preschool. Annette has been married to her husband for 40 years and they have two daughters and two grandchildren and another on the way. They live in Clovis, New Mexico.
